Take A Belize Cruise To Paradise
When taking a Belize cruise you need to relax and enjoy the cruise
part of the trip. Once arrive in Belize, time is of the essence. You have
to make sure you see as much as you can of the exquisite tropical
paradise. It would be such a waste to not enjoy it. So you better make
sure that you pack all your travel essentials, and find out how you can
to make the most out of your most coveted Belize cruise.

Belize City, the largest city in the country, is the main port of call for all
cruise ships arriving in Belize. Once your ship has anchored in the
Caribbean waters, you will be taken to Fort Street Tourism village—
which is especially designed for
Belize cruise ship passengers who
wishes to experience Belize in a day.

For cruise ship visitors, there three major options to enjoy Belize’s
attractions. First is to sign up for a tour upon arrival in Belize. It can be
a bit chancy since you still have to spend some time in choosing the
agency most suitable for you. But if you are short of time for travel
preparations before your arrival to Belize, then this is your best bet.
Do take note though that in choosing your tours, Belize law requires
all tour guides and operators to carry a valid license with their ID’s.

Next, if you do have ample time for travel arrangements, you can get a
pre-arranged tour via the
Belize cruise line that you have chosen.
Some packages might be pricier than the usual; but since you will be
assured that a tour awaits you once you arrive in Belize, then having
no worries about your travel itinerary is more than worth the few extra
dollars. Besides, you can also maximize the time allotted for sight
seeing as your guide is already waiting for you to be mesmerized by
tropical island.

Another risky but definitely adventurous approach in enjoying Belize
is by embarking on a do-it-yourself tour. You might probably be able to
explore a whole new side of Belize which is not frequently included in
the usual tours. However, you need to remember a few things: first is
that this requires thorough research prior to your trip and two, you
have to be conscious of the time for your departure. It is okay to be
engrossed in the scenery, but be sure that you do not miss your boat.
Missing your
Belize cruise ship will definitely ruin your vacation.

Here are some of the major tours and attractions you can include in
your
Belize cruise itinerary: the Museum of Belize in Gabourel Lane,
House of Culture in Regent Street, and St. John's Cathedral in Albert
Street. In downtown, you can drop by the Bliss Institute for Performing
Arts, Supreme Court Building, and Swing Bridge. Around North Front
Street, you can pay a quick visit to the Marine Terminal and Maritime
Museum, Image Factory Art Gallery, and National Archives and City
Library.

Other Belize landmarks worth visiting are the Baron Bliss Lighthouse
Monument in Parade, the Commercial Center in Market Square, the
National Handicraft Center in No. 2 S. Park Street, and the Yarborough
Cemetery in Yarborough. If you happen to around the vicinity of
Western Highway, you can pop around Old Belize Cultural and
Historical Center and Cucumber Beach in Mile 5, while Gran's Farm is
in the same area but in Mile 14. Also, do not forget that if in the
Waterfront region, you can see the Marine parade on the northern part,
and the Southern Foreshore on the southern side.

Booking a
Belize cruise is definitely a great way to visit and get to
know the country and all its beauty. Once you visit Belize you will
want to return for another visit or find yourself
moving to Belize.
